Packaging
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
You should not send back the product you purchased with the sales invoice we sent you when you purchased it.
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: “Gökevler Mahallesi 563. Sokak Pasiad Sanayi Sitesi No:3-5/D Esenyurt – İstanbul”.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you if your return has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your return will be processed and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Incomplete Payment
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is sent.

Discounted Products
Only regular priced items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.
Change
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace the same product, send an email to iletisim@coiffeurtv.com.tr and send the product to ” Gökevler Mahallesi 563. Sokak Pasiad Sanayi Sitesi No:3-5/D Esenyurt – İstanbul ”.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: “Gökevler Mahallesi 563. Sokak Pasiad Sanayi Sitesi No:3-5/D Esenyurt – İstanbul”.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
